Upward offset is required

Question

I received #32-032, EntryGard Dual Arm Operator from Swisco. And I checked the operator but the link arm measures 4-7/16" overall with a downward offset. I would like to have an EntryGard Dual Arm Operator with an upward offset arm. Please let me know the part number. Thanks.

Hello there. We've come across this issue before. We don't sell a version of this operator that has a link arm with an upward offset, but to be honest we have found in many cases it won't affect installation. You could try installing it as-is; if that doesn't work, you might need to re-position the bracket that the arm attaches to to make up for any difference. Let me know if you have any other questions.
