Urgent Casement and Awning Window Glass Seal Failure

Question

Just spoke with a Swisscom rep. And they suggested I email the black part on the track for replacement on these casement windows. Anderson does not keep these parts in stock. I need rights and lefts for 6 windows. It's for the casements. If you save something you are sure that this will work, I will need tops and bottoms for 6 windows. The screw/attachment patterns must be the same.

I'm afraid we don't sell the black piece separately so you'll need a new hinge. Compare your dimensions to our 36-048 to see if this matches up. You'll just need to replace the top and bottom hinges at the same time.
