I'm struggling to locate these (2) replacement parts - for the same tilt window:
1) pivot bars & 2) tilt latches.
Currently, the only identifiers I see is a number "2" listed in a circle on my broken pivot bar, but please let me know what else I might share.

Your pivot bar resembles the 26-316.
As for your internal latches, they are no longer available. We suggest top-mounted top-tilt latches like the 26-195 and 26-196 as replacements. See the guides related on this page to assist you with the installation. Thanks for posting!

Questions regarding switching from internal latches to top-mounted top-tilt latches (like the 26-195 and 26-196):
Do I need to purchase other parts? (Specifically, the long white strip on the top of the window frame?)
Also, is there a link to a video which might help me with this?

The only parts that you should need would be the new tilt latches and installation screws. With that being said, you'll need to ensure that the cutout in the sash frame won't interfere with the new installation holes. See the video below to help you through the process.
