Used door which has wrong hardware

We had two 24 inch doors which broke. We bought a set of used ones (for very little) which measure correctly and do fit, but they have hardware for hanging from up above. Is it possible to purchase these pieces (4 on top and 4 on bottom I suppose) and retrofit the doors?

Get a pick or something and clean that hair out of your wheels. You may be able to get some more life out of them.
