crank window operators are weak and loose

Question

These are used to crank open the windows. They are loose and weak. How can I strengthen the frame. I didn't see the name on the window.  Will try to get a better picture.

We'd be happy to look into this for you but we'll need to see the rest of the arm that moves the sash, as well as confirm the length, to narrow down your options. Could you also clarify why you need to reinforce the frame? Are the installation holes stripped, preventing you from securing the base of the operator?
