Using 82-081 with 82-238

Hello,

I want to purchase the 82-081 to replace my non-keyed sliding door handle. My striker requires a double hook lock.

Will the 82-238 work with the 82-081? I noticed I need a square insert to turn the lock. The 82-081 has those cutable flat inserts instead of the square. Do I need to purchase anything else? I have been battling this project for weeks!

The lever on 82-081 has a slot down the middle that the tail on the key cylinder fits into.
