sliding glass door bought at either lowes or home depot but they do not have part and will not help me

Our 81-156 roller might work for your door. Check the dimensions we show for it and see what you think.
Be sure to also take a look at the adjustment screw for the 81-156. It's different than the one in your photo, and I think it may have been modified. You might have to retro fit it in the field to so that it will work on your door.
