Valance for windows

Question

Hi I need valances for my mastic windows.  I have attached pictures of the valance and the latch (broken).  As well I need a replacement molding as pictured In the picture of the window. That is a bathroom sized window.

To further review, we will need to see the channel balance and pivot shoe removed from the window.

Please provide written out dimensions of the width and thickness of the pivot shoe along with the length, width and depth of the metal channel.

Also provide an image of the top of the metal channel balance to confirm how it installs into the window. With these details we can get a clearer idea of the style you have to determine if we can supply a proper replacement option.
