To determine exactly which balance you need for your replacements, you'll need to confirm the length of your tube, not including the colored tip.

You'll use the tip from the balance to determine which option you need for your window. If your balance does not have a colored tip or the one you have does not match the available options, you'll need to obtain the exact weight of your sash.
