At first glance, this looks like it would be a match for our S390-37 with the 3640 spring strength option. The Series 390 comes attached with the winged 19-002 top and non-winged 15-001 bottom fitting. It looks like your top fitting might be damaged so you may want to check an undamaged version to confirm.
