Thanks for posting. This pivot shoe was made by Unique manufacturing company, who is now out of business. As a replacement, I think you should consider our S140-7 Quick-Tilt. You will need to change the pivot bar to our 26-398 or 26-405, but I believe it to be our best match. Please review and see what you think.
