May I please see a photo of the pulley system in the center of the balance, where the spring and the string meet?

Thanks for the photo. Your balance can be replaced with either the S380-27 with a 1" shoe or the S385-27 with a 1-3/32" shoe. To determine which of these two balances in the correct replacement, you'll need to confirm the depth of your bottom shoe.

You'll need the 2640 stamp option.
