Vanity drawer slider confusion

Hi!
Hope you are doing well. We bought a bathroom vanity that came with a drawer. However the sliders fell apart when trying to separate for assembly. We can't get a replacement part from the manufacturer and don't know what type of replacement slider to buy. Can you please help? Any direction would be greatly appreciated!!
