I live in Sturbridge Lakes a Scarborough Homes community. Our window balances are largely broken and need to be replaced. I would like to know what products I would need to order. These are the numbers on some of the window balances: #1620 v , 4630x, 2430 v

Thanks for posting. Based on your pictures, I think our Series 370 channel balance will match yours. Look it over and let me know if you agree. You'll notice that we don't have anything quite so long as your 47" long balance. That will need to be custom made. If you can confirm that the Series 370 is a match, and also how many you need, I can send you a custom product link that you can add to your cart.
