Vaughn-Bassett BB23-002 drawer slide plastic piece replacement

Question

I need to order replacement pieces for the plastic piece that slides on the metal slide under the drawer of my dresser.  Most of them have broken over time because they are only plastic.  I ordered some from SWISCO in the past and they included a metal frame piece that goes behind the plastic piece and the plastic piece.  The metal piece is essential as it precludes the plastic piece from breaking.  All those that I ordered are still intact so I want to replace all the others that I haven't already replaced.  Thanks.

This is the Kenlin Rite Trak II, which Kenlin unfortunately will not supply to us. I'm not sure what you purchased from us, exactly, but if it was the 32-081 then it really shouldn't have worked as a replacement. I've tried this myself dozens of times and the design is just too different for it to be functional.
