Vent Cover

I believe I have Atrium Double Hung windows installed in 1995. I am looking for the vent covers located at the bottom of the window frame on the outside. The opening for the covers are 1/4"h x 1"l.

We don't have an exact match for your vent but take a look at the dimensions on our Weep Hole Cover; 26-417. Do you think these might work?
