Following numbers appear on one side: PAT. #4.923.230 and PAT. #5.248.174 and a 5. Other side has a number 7

Thanks for posting. I don't think we have this exact vent lock, but see our 26-122. This may work for you. Look it over and let me know what you think.

Tom - the 22-122 works just fine. Ordered a few more once I knew they worked.
