Your vent latch reminds me of the 26-122 depending on how the style and dimensions compare once your part is fully removed from the window.
Unfortunately, we do not carry a replacement for the side-mounted housing shown in your photos. I'm sorry that we won't be able to assist with this part of the repair but please let us know if you have any other hardware questions. Thanks for posting!
