Vent latch/stop

Question

I have a number of Custom Gard Windows (Chelsea Building Products) which were installed between 1990 and 1993 and are in good condition but the Vent latch/stops have deteriorated and need to be replaced. Per the photos, there is a metal spring like tensioner on the latch. The front exterior length is about 1 3/16 and front exterior width is about 3/8". The width of the back of the latch, is 1/4". I think your part# 26-338 will work, but wanted to check first.

Your vent lock looks like our 26-106, but this is no longer made. We'll only sell it while supplies last. That said, I think our 26-338 can work as a substitute.
