It's a plastic piece that slides left to right that unlocks the window to fold down.

Hello,

Thanks for your post! We do not have an exact match for this window latch but we do have a solution that will work to replacement it. You'll need to use surface mounted latches like our 26-228 and 26-229 to repair the window. Take a look over the specifications on the website to confirm that they'll be a fit on the sash.
