Vent stop / sash stop

Need help identifying this part. It's a vent stop that tips out to prevent the window from opening more than a couple of inches.

These are Dailey Elite 4000 windows installed in 2013 and manufactured by Dailey Manufacturing Company in Willow Grove, PA.
