White vent tabs broken. The windows were installed prior to us owning the house. No brand name stamped on any of the windows. Can't find any manufacturer information. The slot measures 1-7/8" by 1/4"

We can't say for sure without seeing an undamaged vent latch but take a look and compare the specifications from the 26-122 product page to yours. Thanks for posting!
