Ventarama part broken

Question

Hello!
I am missing the chain portion of the skylight and the hook on the opener portion to crank open the skylight. Do you offer any replacement parts?

Hey there,

Thanks for writing in! The only replacement recommendation we have is our 39-373 Skylight Operator. Unfortunately, the chain is not sold separately from it.

If your existing operator is manual, you may be able to retrofit this for your window but I cannot make any guarantees. Take a look over the dimensions and design to see if it might work for your repairs.
