Verify sash balance replacement part

Question

Hi. Based on your website Instructions (which is very helpful) I think I need 28" series 350 channel balance 2710. I took weight with a portable luggage scale - it's 0.6 lbs. I also measured the length and width of the metal. Please review pics and confirm what I should order.

The only markings I have are 27.5 HH Caldwell.

My window is up/down.

Hi, Belinda. I agree that our S350-28 looks like a match, but when determining what option you need you want to weigh the sash, not the balance.

That said, since your old stamp is 27 5, you can use the 2750 stamp option for our balance.
