Verifying correct part number

Question

I have Milgard single hung windows. The balance is 33 inches long and has code 32 5 FX CMC 2 stamped on it. I think the correct part is 33 inch Series 385 Option 3250.

Does this seem correct to you? When I measure the bottom fitting I get 1 & 2/32 which I think is close enough to 1 & 3/32 called out.

Hey Chuck. If the fittings match our 19-005 and 15-004, then yes, the S385-33 sounds right to me. These bottom nylon fittings do wear a bit over time; but as long as the depth is greater than 1" and the shoe is winged like the 15-004, it's likely correct.
