Thanks for posting! I'm sorry to say that we would not be able to assist you with replacing your windows as we do not carry or manufacture them. Also, without any other identifying information, we would likely not be able to tell you the type of window you have.  Swisco specializes in identifying replacement hardware for existing parts. So, the good new is that we can provide you recommendations for the parts, although, you may want to have the windows replaced before replacing the parts in the window.

We are not able to provide an exact match for your original latch, unfortunately. The best recommendation we have for a possible replacement is the 26-351 Better-Bilt Window Latch pair, but we cannot guarantee they will be a direct fit. Look over the dimensions and compare them to your existing latches to see if they might be a fit for you.

To identify your spiral balances, you'll need to confirm the length and the diameter of the metal tube. It does not appear that your balance has a plastic tip, so you'll need to obtain the exact weight of your sash. Take a look at the video below for an idea of the information we'll need to properly identify your replacement balances.

Feel free to reach out with any questions.
