Vertical sliding glass window repair parts

Home Owner from Pueblo colorado
I cant find any names but each bracket us numbered one 1 two 3s and ond five. I belive it is the part that holds the window in place and keep the top one from falling in on the other.

Thanks for writing in. Looks like you need to replace your pivot shoe. We can replace this, but we need to know the width and thickness of the pivot shoe to confirm the right replacement. Could you remove one of the shoes from the window and provide those measurements. If you need help removing and replacing the pivot shoes, see the video below.

Thank you! Those dimensions match up with our 15-121. This should also be compatible with your old pivot bar. Look it over and let me know what you think.

Alright so i believe by the dimensions i have seen on other shoes that this one is 2-1/16" tall an 1-1/4" wide and 9/16" deep

Sorry for that typo, the part number is 15-121. You shouldn't need a charging tool as long as you're keeping your current balances and only replacing the pivot shoe. We're happy to answer any additional questions you may have.
