Hello,

Most older model Pacific Industries windows use the Series 385 channel balance with a 1-3/32" deep bottom fitting as shown below. If it's a match, you would need the S385-30 balance with a 2950 strength option for a sash weighing between 28-32 lbs. Take a look and thanks for posting.

I have smaller windows that need their channel balance replaced. Everything is the same as the previous window we discussed last month, except for the numbering. These windows have the number 29-4-BSI-NB (See attached photo). Can you tell me which balance I should get?

If the balances are identical besides the stamp code, you would need the same S385-30 channel balance with a 2940 strength option to support a sash between 23-28 lbs.
