Stamp on slider / spring slide
2T. 3 AQ. Caldwell

Hello, thank you for posting,
We can assist with a replacement option, but we will need a few more details to confirm the series you have. To further review, we will need to see the top attachment along with a picture of the stamped number on the metal channel.
We will also need to see an undamaged version where we can see the inside of the metal channel where we can view the connection point between the spring and pulley system. Thank you!

Thank you,
I believe the stamp may read 27 3. Can you confirm that the length of the metal channel excluding the nylon attachments measures 28 inches long.
To confirm the style you need, we will still need to see the inside middle of the metal channel where we can see the connection point of the spring and pulley system. Thank you!

Thank you!
It appears you have either the Series 351, with a 15-002 bottom attachment, or Series 390, with a 15-001 bottom attachment. Take a look at the image and measure below to determine which balance you'll need.
You will need a 28" balance and should be able to use a 2730 stamp option that can support a 13 to 19 lb pound sash. We recommend weighing the window sash on a bathroom scale to confirm this range.
Let us know if you have any additional questions!

I definetly have the 15-001 bottom attachement.
My window waighs 12.1 lbs

Hello,
With a 15-001 bottom shoe, you would need the Series 390 channel balance.
A 12.1 pound sash would fall into a 2720 stamp option instead. Did you have any issues or extra tension with closing your window with the previous balances?
