Vertical window slider

Question

Hello i spoke on the phone with the customer support. I am looking for a vertical slider mechanism for the window. See the attach photo i have uploaded. I can't seem to find the right one, if it's possible to help me find out the right one.

Hello,

We'd be happy to look into this for you but I'm not quite sure what you mean by vertical slider. If you're referring to the balances that support the weight of the window sash, we'll need to see the original assembly fully removed from the window to compare to our inventory. Thank you!
