Very old window crank casing

I need to replace the casing for one of the windows. We use the crank to open, but it skips. I believe it's something in the mechanism of the casing. Windows were installed in 1971

We'd be happy to look into this for you but we'll need to see your operator fully removed from the window. Please include the arms that attach to the internal window linkage and a clear view of the bottom installation holes. See the video below to help you through the process. Thank you!

Thank you for your response. Attached are pictures of requested angles. We will need two replacements. One for each window.

Take a look and compare the measurements to see if one of them could work for your application. The installation hole spacing and diameter of the hole at the end of the link arm are especially important.
