Vetter Window Hardware

I need replacement hardware for a Vetter window. The info I have is: Entry Guard Truth with numbers 31538A and 20810. From the inside the window opens from the left to the right. I would like to buy the replacement hardware for this window. Please advise what other info you might need. Your help will be greatly appreciated.
