Vetter window operating mechanism, left side of window looking from the outside. Numbers 6603 on part from rail on window sill to under window. # 31850 from crank mechanism to bracket attaching to window. TRUTH symbol on pieces. This particular window is rubbing against bottom sill (lower right corner looking from the outside) and will not close completely. Would be nice to have some sort of adjustment to raise that corner of the window up to make it more square with the opening.

Thanks for writing in! It sounds like the issue you are experiencing is with the window hinge, rather than the window operator. You'll need to examine the existing hinge for any obvious signs of damage.
It can be replaced with either the 36-048 2-Bar Hinge Set or the 36-004-10 Stainless Steel 2 Bar Hinge Set. Carefully look over each of their dimensions to determine which of these is the best option for your window repair.
You'll need to use (1) set to replace both the top and bottom hinges, to ensure they'll be a match. These sets can both be used for right and left handed applications.
