ViWinco Tilt Pivot Bar

Hello,
I have windows that are the Viwinco brand Double Hung new construction windows. I ordered 26-316 from your company(which seems to have many of the same dimensions) The 26-316 part that goes into the pivot lock shoe is too large and will not go into the shoe. I can't send a photo because all of the upper and lower pivot bars were broken off at the shoe by the tenants.
