looking for a replacement. window will not stay open. pivot bar brole off at the end

I have the same exact problem with a ViWinco window pivot bar - did the part you have fit the person above's window?

I'm sorry to say that the person above never got back to us. However the recommended part remains our best option, despite not being a confirmed replacement.
