Are there any videos showing how to replace a t-slot bulb seal?

We don't have any videos for replacing this seal, but it is fairly straight forward. You just need to pull the old seal out and then push in the new one. Where exactly are you running into trouble?

Trying to get the t-slot to fit back in the slot on the window is almost impossible. The "T" seems like it is to stiff to force in. I didn't know if maybe I was supposed to disassemble to frame and slide it in from the side.

Ah, I see. Most windows have an opening at the side where you can push it in, but it sounds like yours is sealed. See if you can work the "T" in with a putty knife. If not, you may need to disassemble the frame, yes, though this is obviously not ideal. You have to be very careful not to break the glass!
