Viking 27" Series 395 - 2630 sash balance - bottom window hook/sash cord

Question

I need a replacement bottom balance hook (2nd pic) that hangs off slot in window jamb. Sash cord attaches to bottom of hook (1st pic). Also need replacement 1/16" +/- diameter sash cord. Not shown in balance package or related items. Thanks, David

Thanks for writing in. I'm afraid we don't sell balance components separately. These balances are manufactured as whole components; when individual parts break, the entire balance needs to be replaced. Sorry for any inconvenience.
