Viking window balance 2690 FD BSI 28

Dear Customer Service,
I need your help to identify window channel balance for my old Viking windows. The stamp on the old channel balance is 2690fd28.

Thank you for contacting us. We feel this could be our S395-27 channel balance. This includes a 19-005 top and 15-001 bottom shoe. If those shoes should match to what you have, then this may be a good match for you. To choose the best option, we recommend you weigh your window sash.
