I have the following sliding double pane door: Viking Industries SGD-R15 Sun Valley-300 and I need rollers. I see you have R20 specied in the parts list but not R-20. Are they interchangeable?

I'm not sure what you mean when you compare R20 to R-20. Those numbers don't mean anything to me, I'm afraid. If memory serves, Viking patio doors used a type of double roller assembly, like our 81-155 or 81-030. However these are just examples. I can't know for sure what you need without seeing the original out of the door.

Yes that would be an unfair comparison! This is the correct I see you have R20 specied in the parts list but not R-15.

R-15 and R-20 are the model nubers from Viking. R-15 is the model number I have.

I'm afraid I can't cross reference those numbers. I've searched everywhere on our site and have not found them. Where exactly are you seeing that designation?

Ultimately, in order to identify what you need, we need to see a picture of your roller out of the door. I am sorry we cannot offer an easier solution.
