Viking Sliding Window Part Request

A quick learner from Napa, CA says:

I bought new channel balances for my Viking brand window and they went into the frame just as they should. I discovered that one side of the window would not catch the channel when I installed it and slid the window down. Turns out that the plastic part on one, top side of the window was broken and would not catch the channel. The first photo shows the broken part and the other two show the intact part on the other side.

Do you have such a part for my window? I got the channels from you and they seem fine.

Please let me know if you need more information or more photos.

Thanks in advance for your help

Carter

Hello, Carter. This part is called a top sash guide and we sell just about a million different kinds. Looking at your photos, the first one to pop into my head was the 18-009. This looks a lot like yours, and even comes in black, but I'm not 100% sure it's what you want. I recommend reviewing the dimensions we show for it to confirm that everything lines up. That will tell you for sure if it will work as a replacement.
