Viking Sliding window roller

My Viking window is not sliding and I am looking to replace the roller on the bottom of the window. I included a picture of the roller and some measurements. Could you recommend a replacement part for my defective window roller.

Hey there!
The 87-190 roller assembly comes to mind. I wonder if this could be what you need. I recommend you remove an old one and compare the specifications to see how they align.

Is there a special way to remove the roller?

Not necessarily. You can pop out the old roller with a small screwdriver. You want to slip the screwdriver in the little cut out on the end of the wheel housing and force the housing out.
