Viking Window Balance.

Question

Looking for a replacement balance for a Viking Window. Current balance has part number 2830 on it. Included images of the top and bottom plastic pieces if needed. Measures 29" from the top to bottom of the metal piece. 9/16" inch width.
Hoping to get a replacement with all the plastic pieces attached if possible.
