Viking Window Balance replacement

Question

Hello, I have a Viking window that has a broken balancer on the left side. I have uploaded a picture of the balancer and number on it is 2650. The metal channel on the balancer is 26 9/16" long and 9/16" wide. I believe the window is made by Viking. Can you tell me what the Swisco replacement balancer part number is?

Thank you for reaching out to us. We can help supply this balance but it will have to be a custom order due to its configuration. The pulley wheel is built into the bottom fitting itself and this balance features an extended cord travel as well as a metal channel length ending in 5/8" which is what makes it custom. For example, the metal channel should measure 26-5/8" long. Custom orders are nonrefundable so you may want to double check to be safe.

In the meantime, can you show us a photo of the metal clip attached at the end of the pulley cord? It looks like yours might've snapped off so you'll have to get an undamaged balance to use as a reference. Can you also confirm the number of balances you're looking to order?
