Viking Window Channel Balance

Question

I know I need the channel balance. What other parts do I need to replace to make them smooth and silky again?

Any magic slidy thingamabobs?

Thanks for posting! Your balances can be replaced with the S395-29 Channel Balance. Like yours, this balance is assembled with a winged top guide and a wingless bottom shoe. You'll need to select the 2820 stamp option. I believe replacing both balances should fix the issue you are having and help the window to operator smoothly again.

I'm sorry to say we would not be able to provide you with a replacement with the sliding window latch installed at the top of the sash.
