Viking Window Channel Balances Request

Hey,

Need to order two 23" channel balances for a Viking window. The attached picture shows the window and markings. There are no balances available to show examples of.

Thanks for reaching out to us! There are a few different balances that are used along with the top sash guide you have, we'll likely be able to narrow them down but it may take a bit of research.

To start, please confirm the measurement for the height of the visible glass pane in the window sash; only the height of the glass you can see.

Are there any similar windows on the property that might have balances still installed in them? If so, we may be able to use them to identify the exact balances you need.
