Viking Window Channel balance replacement

I have 4 Viking windows in the house I moved into and all the slides are broken. I amnot sure what to order to replace them. They seem to be 21 inches in length and a 1/2 in wide. Ido not have any pictures of them installed because they took them out before I moved in. I am hoping to get parts for the 4 windows so I do not have to replace the windows. Thank you in advance

Thanks for posting. This looks like an S395-21 Channel Balance to me. Please compare. Let me know if you have further questions.

The window weighs 24 pounds and I found H-LC30-48x96 series 8300. The stamp I found on four of them say 2090. I was not sure if that changes anything before I place the order.

Thanks for posting. The stamp option determines the weight the channel balance is calibrated to support. Your old balance's stamp of 2090 is from an outmoded rating system. If the sash weighs 24 pounds, then choose the stamp option 2050, which designates an S395-21 Channel Balance that can support a sash in the weight range of 23 through 27 pounds.
