Viking Window Parts

Hello, i need the replacement part for a Viking window. The wimdow slides up amd down. The track with the pulley on the left sude of the window broke, see pictures. The bottom window which slides up is 29" H and 33" W. The track from end to end is about 29". I would like to order the replacement track, not sure if that us the correct name of the part.

Thanks for sending us some pictures. It looks like you'll need a replacement channel balance. We should be able to identify a replacement for you with one more picture of the top nylon attachment of your balance. Thank you!

I attached pics of both side, i wasn't sure which wat the top and bottom. Did Viking go out of business?
