Viking Window Replacement Parts

A home owner from San Francisco, CA says:
Hello,
I need to replace the window balance springs (2) and locks for my Viking windows. I have included the picture of the spring bar (part 2930) and a picture of the lock to be replaced. I cannot provide a picture of the lock uninstalled.

Do you carry these parts and if so, how do I order? If not, where do you suggest I obtain them?

Thank you,
Leslie

Paul from SWISCO responded:

Thanks for your patience, Leslie. We have known most customers with Viking windows to be able to use our 90-274 window lock with a 2-1/4" screw hole space. If you should also need a keeper, unfortunately the type you would use has been discontinued. However we do offer our 90-282 which might work as a replacement, but I cannot be certain, and you also may need longer screws to install it. Take a look and see what you think.

As for your channel balance, see our S395-30 with a 2930 option.

I need latch/screws for Viking sliding window. Holes on latch are 2" apart on center.

Your lock appears to be a match for our 90-278. Look over our dimensions and see how well they compare.

This lock doesn't come with screws, but you should be able to reuse your originals without issue.

A quick learner from Santa Cruz California area says:
We have a Viking window that needs to have the weatherstripping replaced. Do you have access to this stripping?

Tom from SWISCO responded:

We might have what you need, yes. Viking has used a lot of different kinds, though, and we don't have a definitive parts list for their windows. In order to check to see if we sell a match, we need to use the original as a reference. The video below will explain what we need from you.
