Hello, I have a 24" channel balance (yes, 24" not 23") for a Viking window marked 2320 EG that I'd like to replace. Took some photos but the Add Photos button isn't responding. Can you help pin down the replacement part I need?

Hi there- thanks for posting!
Being a Viking window and from your photos, it looks like you have a S395-24 side load balance with a spring weight (2320). The four digit stamp number doesn't give the length of the balance channel, but represents the glass height in the sash and weight. A 2320 stamp is for a sash weighing between 9-15 lbs.
