Please start by reviewing the style of the 82-081 keyed handle set that has a 4-15/16" installation hole spacing from center to center. Compare to your original to confirm a good fit! 

For the mortise lock, please review the dimensions of the 82-238. We do not have your exact strike plate, but take a look at the 89-030 and 89-036 that are compatible with the 82-238 mortise lock.
